*Children's story hours are every Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.  Afterwards join us for a special craft or song.
*We have teen volunteers who will be here Wednesday afternoons from 2-3 p.m. Come and learn to do origami!

*Quincy the Listening Dog will be here the first Monday of each month from 4 to 5 p.m. He will be in the children's area with Nancy Diepenbrock, his owner and handler.  Quincy will listen to children read a book of their choosing.  The sessions last 10 minutes.  Call the library or stop in the children's area to sign up for a session.

*Children in kindergarten through third grade are welcome to submit their originally written and illustrated stories in the PBS KIDS Writers Contest.  The contest runs through Monday, March 24.  Entry forms and rules are available at the library.

*Children in grades 3 through 10 can participate in the annual Bucks Reading Challenge held through Thursday, Feb. 27.   Those that read 500 pages or more of books, magazines or newspapers can earn a ticket to a Bucks basketball game at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee in March 2014.
